Director of GTM Strategy and Operations, New York City Job Responsibilities: GTM Strategic Planning: Lead design and execution of scalable, data-driven go-to-market strategies using systems engineering principles; Manage technical teams supporting strategy implementation. Business Metrics & Reporting: Develop advanced data models and real-time dashboards to track KPIs and ensure scalable analytics. Cross-Functional Initiatives: Manage product launches and pricing strategies using workflow automation and Agile methods; Lead project teams to optimize operational efficiency. Market Intelligence: Oversee data collection and statistical analysis for competitive research; Translate insights into actionable strategies. Manage research analysts. Collaboration with Leadership: Perform systems analysis to improve sales and marketing funnels; Facilitate cross-functional alignment; Coach and develop team members. Executive Support: Build ROI models, scenario analyses, and executive dashboards; Lead team delivering strategic insights for leadership decisions. Business Reviews & Planning: Facilitate data-driven business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Revenue Operations & Finance Partnership: Coordinate forecasting, capacity planning, and predictive analytics with finance teams; Oversee integration of financial and operational data. Job Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience and skills. Experience must include: 5 years of experience developing and executing business strategies for SaaS / technology companies, including designing and implementing goal-setting frameworks and building data driven decision models using Strategy Execution software like Gtmhub, Workboard, or Salesforce;5 years of experience managing cross functional programs under Agile methodologies and leveraging project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) to drive on time delivery;5 years of experience administering and optimizing SalesForce or HubSpot as revenue operations systems;3 years of experience creating and maintaining business performance metrics, KPIs, and automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau;3 years of experience leading teams including recruiting, coaching, and performance management within high growth, fast paced technology environments; and2 years of experience leading company-wide strategy and operations at the founder, executive, or equivalent leadership level in a high-growth SaaS business. JOB LOCATION: Company's HQ located in New York, NY. This is a Hybrid role, with in-office attendance required 4 days/week. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25% domestic and 5% international travel required. SUPERVISORY DUTIES: Will supervise employees in the occupations of Business Operations Specialists; Project Management Specialists; Information Technology Project Managers.
