Qualifications You'll Bring
Must be a full-time undergraduate student in good academic standing
Coursework or demonstrated interest in operations, analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field
Availability to work full-time, hybrid (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality
Ability to document processes clearly and follow structured testing protocols
Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement in a regulated environment
Ability to communicate effectively, manage time well, and collaborate across teams
Curiosity to foster innovation and learn new tools and techniques
Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts to document repeatable operational workflows suitable for AI assistance (e.g., claims exception handling)
Translate defined business rules into structured instructions and prompts under the supervision of senior AI enablement professionals
Execute AI-enabled workflows and maintain detailed test logs to identify errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from expected results
Ensure all test data and AI inputs comply with HIPAA and PII/PHI masking requirements
Maintain an organized library of approved prompts, workflow instructions, and documentation for team reuse
Contribute to visual process maps that identify specific opportunities for automation or AI support
Participate in a collaborative, hybrid work environment while building foundational skills in operational excellence and intelligent automation

MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles. Specific employment offers and associated compensation will be extended individually based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location; relevant experience, education, and training; and the nature of and demand for the role.

Pay Rate: $18 - $25 per hour
