The Bathymetric Imagery Analyst will be responsible for generating intelligence products in the form of maps, datasets, reports, and presentation material, working directly with our Navy customer located at the NASA Stennis Space Center, MS.
Job Duties:
Analyze bathymetric imagery data and produce geospatial analysis

Digitize and annotate features into geospatial database
Perform regional environmental summaries
Perform research and compile geospatial products
Complete quality control and peer review checks
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Geography, GIS, Physical Science, or relevant technical field
Active TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with:
o Imagery, Bathymetric and Acoustic Data processing
o GIS concepts and Geoprocessing
o Physical Oceanography concepts
o Intelligence Products
o Vector Collection
o Geospatial databases
Self-motivated yet able to work well within a development team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong additional consideration for experience with:
Satellite Derived Bathymetry
CARIS, Qimera and MATLAB
ESRI Technologies to include ArcGIS Pro, QGIS
Python Scripting
