Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This long-term contract position involves supporting workforce cost tracking and position management while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and trend evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Validate and process position change requests to ensure alignment with approved headcount movements.
Reconcile headcount changes and maintain accurate documentation across various position identifiers.
Create and maintain dashboards to summarize trends related to position and rate changes.
Conduct monthly reporting and analysis, including reviewing open rates and identifying rate variances.
Analyze structured datasets to support financial reporting and decision-making.
Collaborate with the finance team to provide insights into workforce cost tracking.
Perform detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Utilize data mining techniques to uncover trends and enhance reporting processes.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support organizational objectives. Requirements - Proven experience in financial analysis and workforce cost tracking.
Strong skills in financial modeling and variance analysis.
Ability to work with structured datasets and perform detailed data analysis.
Proficiency in creating dashboards and summarizing financial trends.
Familiarity with data mining techniques and ad hoc reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
Background in business intelligence or reporting processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
