Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence
26 Month Contract
Pay: Available on W2
Location: Irvine, CA 92618
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in creating advanced Tableau dashboards and leveraging business intelligence technologies to support key initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in analytics, with experience in the healthcare industry and sales operations preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design new Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data effectively.
Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor dashboards to meet organizational needs.
Provide insights on sales operations and payroll data to improve business processes.
Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reporting tools for maximum efficiency.
Work closely with healthcare industry professionals to understand data-driven needs and challenges.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align business intelligence strategies with organizational goals.
Train and support team members in the use of Tableau and other business intelligence technologies.
Document processes and methodologies for future reference and consistency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
Proven expertise in creating Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
Familiarity with sales operations and payroll systems.
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business intelligence technologies and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
