The Senior Business Analyst at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Kirkland, WA will perform business requirements analysis, define business needs, and document new business requirements. Review, analyze, and document system and user requirements from business users. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for product offerings and improvements. Drive resolution of critical production issues. Conduct in-depth data analytics to identify actionable insights, experimentation hypotheses and influence direction of business by effectively communicating findings. Build and maintain rich, dynamic analytic dashboards. Display results in easy-to-consume reports that help business partners understand their business and its drivers. Build end-to-end reporting solutions from multiple data structures and sources. Support design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide views, dashboards and custom reporting. Connect customer, sales, renewals, product usage and churn data to get a complete picture of our Domain Investor customer segment. Create and analyze SSOT (Single Source of Truth) dashboard to spot trends and outliers, conduct root cause analysis to explain business performance drivers, and present insights with clear recommendations tied to business goals. Build custom views and deep dives for stakeholders. Create and govern KPI logic, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and standardization. Serve as a go-to SME (Subject Matter Expertise) regarding corporate KPIs to track business performance in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. Design data monitoring dashboards to alert users early, proactively and communicate findings cross-functionally in an automated way. Join forces with Data Engineering team to provide requirements for fixing issues in Data Engineer-owned data pipelines. Provide mentorship to junior analysts by providing details about BI tools used in data analytics like Tableau & AWS QuickSight. Teach how to use alation for running SQL queries to analyze data and provide details of key confluence reference links to generate reporting and analysis. Create Enterprise GPTs to help answer FAQs resulting in repeatable time savings per month. Telecommuting permitted 3 days per week. GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $122,692 - $155,400 per year.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or related field plus 1 year of experience as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The 1 year of experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: (1) SQL and data visualizing; (2) business intelligence tools including Tableau and PowerBI; (3) analytical techniques including trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design; (4) A/B and multi-variant testing; (5) statistical modeling including linear regression, machine learning, and data mining.
