Overview
The Audience Intelligence Senior Analyst will support internal agencies and clients by helping build and prepare audiences for media activation, using data-driven insights to inform audience design, refinement, and scale. This role will require strong analytical skills, data fluency, and collaboration with cross-functional partners including media teams to build, activate, maintain, and refine audiences across digital and addressable channels.
Responsibilities
· Audience Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Director and internal teams to translate client and media objectives into activation-ready audience definitions, ensuring feasibility, scale, and platform compatibility for media execution.
· Audience Activation: Support new audience requests by building segments to media-approved specifications, delivering them to activation platforms, and managing ongoing refresh and maintenance. Serve as the primary audience point of contact for media teams during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch.
· Collaboration with Data Science: Work closely with data science teams to mine and analyze data, uncover key insights, and translate findings into activatable audiences and audience recommendations to support client objectives.
· Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with agency teams across various disciplines to ensure alignment of audience strategies with client objectives. Serve as a bridge between the Audience Intelligence team and partner agencies, providing audience strategy guidance and audience activation best practices.
· Audience Performance Feedback: Incorporate media performance feedback and observed audience behaviors into future audience insights, refinements, and activation recommendations.
· Audience Profiling/Insights: Analyze first-party and third-party data to help create detailed audience profiles, uncover behavioral insights that inform strategic planning and marketing activation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience working with data and insights to inform audience strategy, activation, or marketing decision-making.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar) and familiarity with audience platforms like Epsilon, GWI or Experian.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience activation, and audience development.
· Experience working in partnership with media teams to handoff audiences for execution.
· Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with omni-channel marketing strategies (media, CRM, digital).
· Ability to work independently and in unfamiliar areas, navigating ambiguity with confidence.

Compensation Range: $73,150.00 - $112,554.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
