Duties: Partner with market leaders and external wholesalers to effectively execute business plans to drive BlackRock product and solutions to Financial Advisors. Maintain a high level of client connectivity and represent the most comprehensive investment offering in the industry. Develop deep relationships across all aspects of a Financial Advisors business across a territory. Embrace data-driven client tiering and the BlackRock sales process to drive deeper relationships with the largest and fastest growing firms and advisors. Build an efficient and thoughtful strategy to ensure consistent engagement and influence. Deliver fiduciary and investment insights through portfolio construction conversations. Drive sales through mastery of BlackRock investment solutions, including Alternatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs, and portfolio solutions. Expand existing client base by conducting disciplined client profiling, lead identification, and follow-ups. Working in partnership with market leaders to conduct market and product analysis, plan, and execute the commercial strategies.REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Analysis, or a related field and two (2) years of experience as an Analyst or a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Develop and execute business plans to form product and client solutions for Northeast US (NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA and DC) clients; Investment Product experience including Alternatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs, and portfolio solutions; Data analytics and visualization tools including Excel, PowerBI and other CRM tools; Financial knowledge and fiduciary insights including market analytics; Commercial strategy, product positioning, and market execution; Lead generation, and client profiling and follow-up strategies; and Synthesize market intelligence and product performance data to inform and execute commercial strategies.
