Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS, 80000 of NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the business operations of the assigned organization in support of all management and program effectiveness matters of the mission. You will be responsible for the effective execution and contribution to NAVWAR's mission, which is to identity, develop, deliver and sustain information warfare capabilities and services that enable naval, joint, coalition etc. You will provide assistance in all areas relating to manpower, budget, and personnel operations. You will analyze and evaluate substantive program operations, organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity and monitors all administrative and technical activities in support of the assigned competency. You will conduct analyze and complete workforce related data calls; and assess, recommend and coordinate reorganization efforts as appropriate. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving processes relating to the assigned competency w/ regard to issue tracking and resolution. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4. This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management.
