Responsibilities You will manage all functionality of Local Element (LE) KMI account to include inventories, inspections and assist visits in accordance with CMS- 1A requirements. You will be responsible to the Commanding Officer (CO) for the proper accountability, security, control, and disposition of all COMSEC material held by the command and issued for use; this includes ensuring proper distribution/issuance, etc. You will ensure implementation of and compliance with applicable procedures (i.e. OTAR/OTAT) including periodic review of local logs; adherence to TPI requirements; completion of page checks etc. You will conduct training to ensure users of COMSEC material are familiar with and adhere to proper COMSEC procedures on matters including but not limited to accountability, security, TPI requirements, and identification of improper practices. You will interpret, applies, and properly documents new or revised COMSEC policies, amendments, and procedures and advises the CO on their impact on the command. You will be responsible in assisting in the personal and professional development of all C4I Personnel; provides administrative and technical supervision to military and civilian personnel and oversee the work of contractor personnel. You will manage, track, and report any potential threats to SBT-22 networks and deliver risk management analysis to the C4I Department Head. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Responsible for supporting the KMI functionalities, program accountability and proper COMSEC handling for the C4I department within the command and component commands. In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
