We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our Corporate Security team in Eden Prairie. This role is critical in safeguarding our people, assets, and operations through proactive monitoring, investigation, and response to global security threats. The SOC Analyst will play a key role in tracking travelers, supporting executive protection and event security, and leveraging open-source intelligence (OSINT) to identify and mitigate risks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct SOC intelligence efforts by overseeing open-source and media monitoring programs to proactively identify emerging threats impacting personnel and operations
Lead enterprise-wide response to emerging risks, providing strategic guidance to corporate stakeholders and site leadership to mitigate threats and ensure business continuity
Develop and govern geofencing strategies that proactively alert traveling employees of nearby security risks, ensuring alignment with corporate safety protocols
Manage all reported security incidents making end-to-end use of case management systems
Drive investigative operations into security incidents and anomalies, setting standards for digital tools and intelligence utilization to deliver actionable insights
Command real-time crisis response, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure swift resolution and safeguard personnel and assets
Oversee SOC support of executive protection operations providing strategic direction for remote monitoring and on-site security operations
Lead SOC support for corporate events, leading operational planning and coordination between remote and on-site teams
Maintain strategic oversight of employee travel risk management, ensuring visibility into itineraries and implementing protocols for timely communication during emergencies
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during crisis events, guiding SOC analytics and investigative processes to support informed decision-making
Mentor and develop SOC personnel, leading process improvement initiatives, scenario-based exercises, and advanced training programs to build organizational resilience
Oversee monitoring of Persons of Interest (POI) identified as presenting elevated security risk, ensuring proactive assessment and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a SOC, intelligence, or corporate security role
Demonstrated understanding of OSINT tools, platforms, and methodologies
Demonstrated familiarity with incident response protocols and investigative techniques
Proven excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as ASIS CPP, PCI, or similar
Experience supporting executive protection or event security operations
Proven knowledge of travel risk management platforms and global threat landscapes
Experience with geospatial tools and alerting systems
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
