Position Purpose
As an LED Fabrication Specialist in the live event industry, your primary objective is to contribute to the successful execution of live events by fabricating, Design help, and assembling Custom LED solutions. You will collaborate with event designers and production teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring that all fabrication work aligns with event themes and specifications. Your expertise in fabrication techniques, materials, and safety procedures will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of live event spaces, contributing to memorable and immersive audience experiences.
Essential Responsibilities
Participates in initial problem solving and conceptual design of assigned project; from beginning of project through to the end.
Collaborates with internal and external resources to verify the feasibility of potential LED design.
Leads prototyping of multiple solutions to determine the best for manufacturability while supporting innovation.
Assess fabrication's training needs.
Develop, Plan, and Execute training plans.
Revise training plans to support business needs.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.
Minimum Qualifications *: *
High school diploma or GED
Vocational training and courses in Lighting and LED
Advanced understanding of Led Pixel chasing, DMX control, and light programming.
Ability to work and train in groups.
5 plus Years of fabrication experience
