Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst provides senior-level administrative, analytical, and business management support to the FPS Region 2 management team, including the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs), and Protective Security Officer Operations Officer (PSOO). This role supports execution and oversight of the Protective Security Officer (PSO) Program, with a focus on contract administration, operational reporting, process improvement, and executive-level coordination. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Executive SupportPrepare, review, edit, and compose correspondence, memoranda, reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and official communications.Collect, analyze, and deliver daily and periodic operational data to regional leadership.Track and manage action items using the Correspondence Analyst Task Tracker (CATT).Support employee performance planning and evaluations using the USA Performance Management System.Run reports and compile analytical data from the Law Enforcement Information Management System (LEIMS).Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive, procurement-sensitive, and law-enforcement information. PSO Program & Contract Administration SupportCoordinate directly with CORs, PSOO, and Task Managers to support PSO Program operations.Assist in determining service requirements from federal customers, including new requirements and changes to existing services.Prepare cost estimates for task orders, wage adjustments, and service modifications.Prepare and submit G-514 requisitions and receiving documentation in the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS).Prepare, track, and maintain Security Work Authorizations (SWAs).Track task order periods of performance and funding to prevent service lapses.Review and verify contractor timesheets and invoices; reconcile discrepancies and track burn rates.Track PSO training, licensing, and qualification requirements in designated IT systems.Support administrative audits, contract closeouts, and Performance Monitoring Meeting reporting.
