Responsible for collaborating with the corporate US customers technical and design teams, specifically apparel brands and manufacturers, to identify their requirements to develop future projects and products that meet them; utilize expertise and specialized knowledge in corporate interlining products, in conjunction with expert understanding in the best use of interlining articles, as it pertains to the creation and manufacturing of apparel; analyze customer data to develop constant growth; utilize and apply knowledge of Microsoft Access Studio Information Systems, MS SharePoint, CRISP, Fusing press machinery audits, Interlining recommendation reports and testing procedures, Advanced sewing machine operation, Strategic account analysis, Sales projections, Sales negotiations, Market intelligence tools, Product marketing campaigns, and Client relationship building techniques to perform assigned duties; oversee the maintenance of existing accounts and develop new customers; develop and implement aggressive corporate strategies for the assigned business accounts and market segments, meeting or exceeding annual sales and gross profit targets; initiate customer contact, ensuring optimal communication and support is being provided, including conducting technical presentations to clients and customer follow-ups; represent the US apparel business division at trade shows and conferences, with the goal to attract new customers and increase market share; conduct strategic account analysis for new and existing accounts, as a basis to strengthen customer relationships and establish long-term partnerships; provide sales projections, including volumes and prices, based on market intelligence for new company product development; collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, R&D, SCM, Market Segment Managers, Key Accounts and Leading, and customer management to analyze and identify future requirements and trends for the development of potential new company products.
