POSITION: Counterintelligence Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner
LOCATION: Huntsville, Alabama
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Required to travel up to 50 percent of the year.

Overview:
Cintel - Inc. is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner to provide critical support to a government agency and its mission.
Specific duties associated with this position are as follows:
· Identify, assess, and report potential threat information; recommend mitigation efforts and incorporate findings into formal reports.
· Conduct analysis in support of operational activities; assemble, correlate, evaluate, and assess information concerning CI and intelligence threats to personnel, programs, information systems, and facilities.
· Analyze received information to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to close those gaps.
· Support CI and intelligence inquiries under the direction of the counterintelligence team lead.
· Prepare and disseminate intelligence information reports as appropriate.
· Conduct CI briefings to personnel as required.
· Assist in the implementation of TEMPEST countermeasures; provide technical recommendations to protect classified and sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
· Works independently and leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve complex problems.
· Apply expert-level oral and written communication skills.
· Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in TSCM.
· Proficient in conducting Radio Frequency (RF) analysis and utilizing spectrum analyzers and other associated test equipment.
· Apply analytical principles and practices to all duties.
· Research and conduct TSCM investigations and operations for test events, conferences, facilities, and exercises.
· Maintains strong familiarity with TEMPEST-related policies, standards, and mitigation techniques.
· Demonstrates strong familiarity with DoD Instruction 5240.05 and CI Division Standard Operating Procedures.
· Formally trained and certified to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02.
· Holds an Interagency Training Center (ITC) certification.
· Possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the TSCM discipline within complex, large DoD programs.
· Hold an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
· Capable of working in various environments, including confined spaces, at heights, and in inclement weather conditions.
· Must have normal color vision and hearing acuity to analyze technical data and detect anomalies.
· Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as required by operational needs.
Desired Skills:
· Experience supporting or coordinating TEMPEST accreditation, inspections, or compliance efforts.
· Experience providing intelligence analysis to support vetting, research, development, and acquisitions (RDA).
