Summary You will serve as a MANAGER in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIVISON CODE 81 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will serve as the Division Head and are responsible for oversight and technical direction of all programs under execution by the Total Force Management Division (Code 81). You will plan, direct, manage, coordinate and are responsible for the division's total program effort. You will direct the development of data, provides expertise and insight, secure technical and legal opinions, prepare position papers, and execute comparable activities. You will be responsible for the full range of supervisory duties to include exercising significant responsibilities in dealing with officials of other units or organizations, or in advising senior management officials within the Command. You will develop, assign, and approve goals and objectives for subordinate branches; approves multi-year and longer-range work plans and manages the overall work to enhance achievement of goals and objectives. The pay schedule and pay band for all Administrative Specialist/Professional Positions will be NM-2/3/4/5/6. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
