About the Role:
As an Insurance Analyst, you will perform varioustasks within the insurance team. Manage insurance compliance reviews for Agency,institutional, private client and high-profile borrowers as required. Manageflood determination process, force placed insurance and insurance claims asrequired.
What You'll Do:
Conduct analysis of CommercialInsurance to ensure compliance with Lender requirements.
Communicate and provide supportin assessing risk between Lender and Borrower needs.
Review Loan Closing Documentsfor insurance compliance at loan level.
Collaborate with Insurer andBorrower to address deficiencies or missing coverage.
Work with Loan Servicing teamto resolve insurance related issues.
Obtain insurance renewaldocuments and invoices from relevant parties.
Utilize CBRE proprietary clientsystems to review insurance data and run reports.
Assist in gathering insurancedocumentation for audits.
Uphold CBRE RISE values anddemonstrate excellence in work quality.
Adhere to standardizedprocedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
What You'llNeed:
Bachelor's Degreepreferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, acombination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to useexisting procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience withanalyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledgeof Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizationalskills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Clear knowledge of Commercial Insurance Coverage for Property, (including Flood, Wind, Earthquake and Terrorism), General Liability (including Workers Comp and Auto), Professional Liability and Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance.
Intermediate mathskills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions,and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Occupancy Planner role is $85,000,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Occupancy Planner position is $105,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
