ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a driven, quality-focused, and detail-oriented Analytics & Automation Analyst to support our Client Operations and Transformation teams. This role focuses on building intelligent, automated solutions-combining data analysis, AI-enabled workflows, process automation, and custom internal tools-to streamline operations and help leaders make faster, smarter decisions.
The primary emphasis of this role is designing and delivering scalable analytics and automation solutions, including web-based tools, AI- and LLM-enabled workflows, and process improvements powered by modern frameworks and automation. These solutions are intended to reduce manual effort, surface insights in near real time, and expand how data and intelligence are used across the organization. The role also includes building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support reporting and visualization needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build intelligent analytics and automation solutions using AI-enabled workflows (including LLM-based use cases), process automation, and custom internal tools
Design and develop custom internal applications and analytics tools using modern technologies (e.g., Python services, web frameworks such as React)
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prototype, and deliver high-impact automation and AI solutions
Apply AI tools to use cases such as forecasting, summarization, anomaly detection, workflow optimization, and decision support
Compile, analyze, and validate client operations data across multiple systems
Develop insights related to revenue realization, backlog conversion, attrition risk, utilization, productivity, and operational performance
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational leaders and executives
Support the evolution of analytics frameworks and an overall analytics and automation roadmap
Ensure data quality, integrity, and appropriate governance across analytics and reporting solutions
Stay current on emerging analytics, automation, and AI capabilities and evaluate their practical application
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership and executive reporting
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-3 years of hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows, or custom internal applications
Proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, or application development
Experience building or contributing to internal tools, analytics platforms, or automated workflows
Exposure to modern web frameworks (e.g., React or similar)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
5-10 years of experience in analytics, data, or related technical roles
Power BI experience, including building dashboards and visualizations
Strong ability to present data and insights in a clear, consumable, and impactful format
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities with minimal oversight
