Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Facilities Analyst Basic who will support the Missile Defense Agency on our TEAMS Next Facilities Lifecycle Management (FLCM) contract. This Analyst will work in the MDA Agency Operations - Facilities group and support the Real Property Planning and Programming team and military construction (MILCON) projects.
Responsibilities
As a MILCON Real Property analyst, the position duties include, but are not limited to, these functional areas:
Manage, account for, and track government facilities
Report real property data and reconcile real property accounting for leased, preponderant use, and transfer and turnover of real property assets
Produce, review, and maintain files, including accountability of real property funding, work classification, project progress, and closeout documentation (DD form 1354) for all customer locations
Prepare, review, and manage official correspondence for space requests with host installations
Gather and validate facilities and real property project requirements
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate documentation
Develop briefings and recommendations for the chain of command in support of the Government customer
Participate in site-specific activities, including support discussions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Associate or bachelors degree with no direct experience required
2+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret within six months of hire
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred:
Knowledge of the military installation department of public works (DPW) real property management
Understanding/experience supporting major command sustainment of real property to keep an inventory of facilities in good working order.
Familiarity with the military, Dept of War (Army, Navy, Air Force, National Guard, USACE, and NAVFAC) is desired.
Familiarity with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
Database management, knowledge of Power BI
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and services at host installations
Strong communication skills and ability to brief on project status and provide recommendations
Employ tools, techniques, and processes for analysis activities
Follow established procedures and solve routine problems
Familiarity with using standard U.S. professional office software, including Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
