Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a BI Analyst to design and build automated reporting solutions across our IT portfolio, pipeline, project delivery, and financial performance. This role will transform manual and fragmented reporting into integrated, automated dashboards and data models using Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Excel, and Power BI.
Pay Rate: $60 - $70/hr

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience in IT portfolio, PMO, or delivery reporting and analytics
Strong hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and data models
Experience integrating multiple delivery and portfolio tools into reporting views
Experience defining and reporting IT project and portfolio KPIs
Experience building automated reporting solutions
Required Technical Skills:
Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot modeling, data transformation)
Smartsheet reporting structures
ServiceNow reporting tables and data extraction
Azure DevOps reporting and delivery metrics
Data mapping and transformation skills
API or connector-based data integration (preferred) - IT PMO or Portfolio Governance environments
Agile and hybrid delivery reporting
IT financial reporting and budget tracking
Capacity and throughput analytics
Executive dashboard design
