About the Role:
Revenue Operations plays a critical role in ensuring financial success by improving the platforms, operations, and systems supporting our go-to-market teams. This team partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver scalable and efficient processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition. Revenue Operations is essential to achieving our company's revenue and operational goals.
The Revenue Operations department is responsible for creating, maintaining, and continually improving PitchBook's systems that support our client-facing roles in Sales and Customer Success. This team works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to drive efficiency, accuracy, and revenue growth.
As the Manager of Sales Intelligence, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making for the Commercial Organization. Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders, you will help define performance metrics, build trusted reporting, and surface insights that improve growth, retention, and customer experience.
Your primary focus will be on serving internal customers-Sales, Customer Success, and business stakeholders-by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable metrics, dashboards, and analysis. While strategic in nature, this role is closer to execution and requires hands-on involvement in analytics delivery and team leadership.
You will adopt a product-oriented mindset, treating dashboards, reports, and analytics as products. This includes understanding stakeholder needs, defining clear requirements, improving usability, and tracking adoption and usage of analytics solutions. You will contribute to an analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities and support continuous improvement of reporting and insights.
Collaboration is critical to success. You will work closely with Sales & Customer Success Operations teams (including Platform and Automation partners) to understand system changes and their impact on data and with Enterprise Data Platform teams to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and governed. As a people manager, you will help prioritize work, support analyst development, and ensure delivery meets stakeholder expectations.
