Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a highly motivated Front-End Developer 3 to take a lead role in performing front-end software development, including the creation of user interfaces and the integration of user interface functionality with backend APIs and databases. In this role, you will contribute to developing exercise scenarios and lead efforts to leverage and/or develop scenario grading solutions in support of the customer's critical training mission. What you will do
Network Architecture: Design and implement network architecture and topologies
Application Development: Develop and integrate network applications and services using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
Automation: Automate network tasks using scripting and automation tools
Workflow Development: Develop and maintain network automation workflows
Documentation: Document network designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure clarity and maintainability
Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (e.g., IT, software development) to ensure seamless network operations and integration
What you need to have
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Education & Experience:
12 years of experience with a B.S. or 4 additional years of experience in place of a degree
Technical Expertise:
Experience with development frameworks
Background in user interface design, development, and integration with backend APIs
Strong experience with network design
Proficiency in full-stack development
Experience with requirements gathering and system architecture planning
What we'd like you to have
Security Expertise: Experience with both Windows and Unix exploitation security
Virtualization Knowledge: Strong understanding of vSphere and virtual machines
CNO Experience: Familiarity with the CNO operational environment
Development Skills: Experience with Svelte, TypeScript, Java, MongoDB, and Python
