Description
A fast-growing manufacturing and distribution company in Carlsbad is seeking a sharp and forward-thinking Financial Analyst to support operational finance and strategic planning initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, helping leadership understand performance drivers across production, inventory, and margin.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning
Analyze production costs, margins, and inventory trends
Prepare monthly variance analysis and performance reporting
Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
Partner with operations leaders to evaluate financial performance
Develop dashboards and management reporting packages
Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements
Assist with month-end close support and ad hoc analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
3-5 years of financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, modeling)
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Manufacturing or inventory exposure preferred
