Work Schedule:
M-F, 40 hours/week (Flex time, Comp time, and Extended Work Week (EWW) approved)
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Preparing regular and ad hoc performance reports to provide valuable insights.
- Creating documents, databases, reports, and presentations as required to support our initiatives.
- Providing support to the Sponsor's business analytics stakeholders whenever needed.
- Apply AI and ML techniques to unstructured data sets, unlocking hidden patterns and insights.
- Utilize statistical techniques to create models using enterprise data warehouses and/or data lakes.
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals, sharing knowledge and ideas to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Minimum Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- A bachelor's degree in a strongly quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computational Linguistics.
- A strong background in data analysis, with a strong understanding of SQL principles.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset to devise innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in developing data products including dashboards and printable reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
- Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.

- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics or Mathematics
Compensation Details:
$160,000 - $200,000
