Summary You will serve as a GG-12 Collection & Requirements Intelligence Specialist in the JFHQ-C J2, Intelligence Operations Section of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND. Responsibilities You will make recommendations for changes and modifications to improve collection requirements gathering methodologies and techniques. You will coordinate collection management efforts of the Service Cyber Component, MARFORCYBER. You will interpret policy and guidelines to accomplish desired results in situations that are problematic. You will analyze and integrate validated collection requirements into national and Department of Defense (DoD)-wide repositories for servicing and completion. You will advocate with servicing organizations for prioritization, articulating the operational context driving requirements. You will ensure proper intelligence support to meet assigned tasks based on policy and standard operating procedures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1.Develop and demonstrate operational knowledge of capabilities and accesses of the collection disciplines, strengths and weaknesses of specific technical sensors/platforms, and human sources in area of responsibility. Execute collection using appropriate collection strategies and within the priorities established through the collection management process. 2.
