What You'll Do Depending on the role, you may:
Monitor, detect and respond to security threats and incidents
Implement and maintain security tools, SIEM and cloud security controls
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
Manage IAM policies, access controls and identity governance
Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits
Collaborate with DevOps, IT and Cloud teams to strengthen security posture
What We're Looking For (Mid-Level)
3-7 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Cloud Security / DevSecOps / IAM / SOC
Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOC operations, threat detection and incident response
Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP security (Cloud Security roles)
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and security automation (DevSecOps roles)
Knowledge of IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk)
Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK)
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Certifications: Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security, GIAC
Hands-on experience with Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Prisma, Wiz, Tenable
Strong communication and documentation skills
