Job Description
Aggregate and transform telemetry data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
Design, build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using business intelligence tools
Develop and manage alerts based on telemetry data to surface suspicious behavior and emerging threats
Automate telemetry-driven systems and reduce manual workflows through scripting and pipeline enhancements
Build and maintain data pipelines, including database automation and data enrichment processes
Create scripts and integrations to enrich telemetry data using third-party APIs and external data sources
Partner with security analysts to support investigations through data analysis and custom reporting
Collaborate with data science teams to help train, validate and improve machine learning detection models
Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across security and analytics platforms

Skills and Requirements
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex, high-performance queries
Strong understanding of relational database management concepts, including data modeling, transformation, and enrichment
Experience building and maintaining automated data pipelines and database workflows
Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization using BI tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in large telemetry datasets
Ability to work effectively with data analysts, engineers, and software development teams in a collaborative environment
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services, including Lambda services, PostgreSQL databases (AWS Aurora), and Snowflake
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely
