Summary You will serve as a DEPUTY OPERATIONS OFFICER in the Operations Department of COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOUR. Responsibilities You will support military assistance to civil authorities during contingencies, exercises, disasters, and emergencies. You will serve on a team evaluating all aspects of contingencies to include force generation, manpower, transportation, material/equipment, facilities and command and control systems. You will develop detailed plans to ensure that operations, training, contingency and support plans are executed in a timely manner. You will provide technical advice and coordinate on-going actions during operations. You will participate in planning for special projects, short and long-range planning. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
