Responsibilities You will deliver customer services, including troubleshooting, configuration, and installation, ensuring all customer needs for Secure Voice and Cryptographic Systems are met You will analyze complex problems, providing informed solutions and making decisions to resolve difficult technical issues. You will install, maintain, and test secure voice systems using specialized equipment, ensuring optimal system performance. You will collaborate with customers, technical leaders, and managers to plan and execute technical system deployments. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NR pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advanced, practical knowledge and experience in providing technical support for U.S. Navy Secure Voice and Cryptographic Systems. The candidate must be proficient in electronic theory, C4ISR systems to include radio frequency systems, and possess the ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
