We are seekingatalentedmid-level analystwithastrongoperationalbackgroundintrainingand InformationWarfare orElectronic Warfaretoassistinthedevelopment,implementation, andsustainmentofa training curriculum foracomplexcloud-based software planning system.You willbe responsible forwriting comprehensive training materials, guides, and documentation to ensure users are proficient in the operation and maintenance of the planning tool.You willalsobepart of a distributed teamdeveloping and conducting Fleet user trainingatgovernment facilities.The ideal candidate has experience writingtechnical trainingcurriculaand conducting trainingfor a variety of audiences.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree inEducation,Business,Communications,ortrainingrelated field is preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered
At least5yearsofexperiencein training for software applications, Information Warfare, or Intelligence systems
Excellentwritten and verbalcommunication skills,including the ability toclearly conveytrainingconceptsto usersat allexperiencelevels
Experience designing and implementingtraining curriculaforsoftware systems
Experience developing formaltrainingdocumentation(e.g.Training Guides, User Manuals)
Ability to workboth independently andin acollaborativeteam environmentalongsidesponsors,partner organizations, and other stakeholders
Active Secret Clearance, TS/SCI preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25%
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED; Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Desired Qualifications
5+ years ofoperationalmilitaryexperience, specialization intrainingcurriculum development,and5+ years ofInformation or Electronic Warfare support and planningexperience
Master Training Specialistcertificationorexperience withtrain-the-trainer course development
Previousexperience supporting both DoD and Intelligence Community customers, to include interactions with community seniors and military officers(i.e.Director and Flag / General Officer levels)
