Requirements:
Master's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree in a technical or analytic field and 10+ years of experience.
Demonstrated experience conducting all-source research and producing analytic assessments using multiple classified and unclassified data sources.
Strong background in modeling, simulation, algorithm development, or technical analysis.
Able to synthesize complex datasets into clear, mission-relevant intelligence products.
Experience incorporating geospatial and coordinate-based data into analytic reporting.
Familiarity with system integration, enterprise data workflows, and analytic tool implementation.
Proficiency with IC analytic tools (e.g., Palantir, ArcGIS, Analyst's Notebook, M3, TAC, MIDB, or similar).
Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior stakeholders in a secure environment.
Background and drug screening check.
Must be a US citizen.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Requirements:
Ph.D. in a related field.
Experience supporting treaty monitoring, arms control, or technical intelligence missions.
Background in MASINT, sensor modeling, or advanced geospatial analytics.
Experience with automation, scripting, or data-processing tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB).
8570 compliant certification such as Security+ CE (IAT II / IAM I), Network+ CE (IAT I), CySA+ (IAT II / CSSP Analyst), CEH (CSSP Analyst / Incident Responder), GCIH (IAT III / CSSP Incident Responder), CASP+ CE (IAT III / IAM II / IASAE I), CISSP (IAT III / IAM III / IASAE II).
Job Summary:
Zel Technologies LLC is seeking a Sr. All-Source Intelligence Analyst - System Integrator to provide advanced analytical, modeling, and systems-integration support to treaty monitoring and verification missions under a government contract. This senior role blends deep analytic tradecraft, multi-source data fusion, and technical system integration within a secure, on-site environment.
Responsibilities :
Conduct all-source intelligence analysis leveraging multi-INT datasets (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT reporting) to support treaty-related monitoring and verification objectives.
Provide modeling and simulation support to characterize foreign capabilities, assess compliance indicators, and inform analytic judgments.
Perform targeted research using authoritative sources, classified databases, and structured analytic methodologies to answer customer intelligence requirements.
Utilize common analytic tools and platforms such as ArcGIS, Google Earth, M3, MIDB, TAC, and other IC-standard research environments to integrate, visualize, and assess data.
Fuse geospatial, temporal, and technical information to produce mission-relevant assessments and enhance situational awareness.
Maintain and update enterprise databases, knowledge repositories, and mission systems with accurate, timely, and validated information.
Prepare and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including technical summaries, analytic reports, briefings, and data-driven assessments.
Support the acquisition, integration, testing, and implementation of enterprise tools, data pipelines, and analytic systems.
Collaborate with government stakeholders, system engineers, and mission partners to refine requirements, validate outputs, and ensure alignment with operational needs.
Apply IC analytic standards, tradecraft best practices, and security protocols to all research, production, and system-integration activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of analytic workflows, data integration processes, and system performance.
Physical Demands or Work Environment:
Work is performed in a secure, on-site facility.Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods while conducting analysis or system-integration tasks. Regularly lift up to 25 pounds for movement of equipment or system components. Access secure areas, server rooms, and technical workspaces as required.
