The Technical Targeting Analyst (Mid Level) conducts intelligence analysis focused on the identification, development, and assessment of technical, networked, and system-based targets. This includes adversary communications systems, cyber infrastructure, sensors, weapons systems, C2 nodes, and enabling technologies in support of operational planning and targeting.
Responsibilities
Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to support technical target development
Identify and analyze adversary systems, networks, infrastructure, platforms, and enabling technologies
Perform network, node, and dependency analysis to assess vulnerabilities and operational impacts
Support the full targeting lifecycle, including target development, validation, nomination, and assessment
Integrate intelligence from OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, cyber, and technical reporting
Produce technical targeting products, assessments, and briefings in accordance with IC analytic standards
Collaborate with intelligence, cyber, ISR, and operations personnel to support mission objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or intelligence-related field
Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis or targeting experience
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Demonstrated experience analyzing technical systems, networks, or infrastructure targets
Ability to produce clear, concise intelligence and targeting products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting technical, cyber, or non-kinetic targeting missions
Familiarity with joint targeting processes and methodologies
Experience integrating cyber, SIGINT, or technical intelligence into targeting
