As an industrial base focus ed, Critical Chemicals portfolio analyst, you'll bring your strategic and technical expertise to work alongside senior portfolio management leaders on projects that drive investments in the defense industrial base, acqui sit ion policy , and defense procurement decisions. You'll use your skills and expertise to assess technical capab ilities of various industries, evaluate readiness, and establish and oversee investments in the defense industrial base covering all of DoW's portfolios. Work with us to recommend policy -driven solutions, participate in senior executive e nga gements, and develop reporting tools to assess investments and the capab ilities that the investments will provide to the DoW.

You Have:
15+ years of experience in the DoW chemical or propulsion industrial base, acqui sit ion enterprise, or management of chemical and propulsion systems development supporting missiles, munitions, or hypersonics
3+ years of experience supporting acqui sit ion programs or operations for weapon capab ilities, including air-to-air weapon s, air-to-ground weapon s, ground-to-ground, ground-to-air, or subsonic, supersonic, or hypersonic cruise missiles
Experience developing and evaluating acqui sit ion strategies, acqui sit ion program baselines, risk reduction plans, or industry capital equipment investment plans
Experience designing, executing, and directing energetic materials syntheses at the lab-scale and analysis of new ingredients for propellants using Differential Scanning Calori met ry ( DSC ) , Thermal Gravi met ric Analysis ( TGA ) , Nuclear Magnetic Resonance ( NMR ) , or Thin Layer Chromatography ( TLC )
Experience reviewing the annual defense authorization and appropriations acts for provisions that affect Critical Chemicals or Kinetic Capab ilities weapon s programs
Knowledge of all phases of the planning, programming, and budget ing system
Secret clearance

Nice If You Have:
Experience analyzing Critical Chemicals portfolios to assess cost, schedule, and performance risks asso cia ted with the weapon industrial base required to execute planned and forecast acqui sit ion and surge manufacturing requirements
Experience developing monthly and quarterly status reports on defense industrial base investment programs
Experience preparing and coordinating corresp ond ence requests directed to senior department leadership, legislative branch offices, foreign governments or agencies, international organizations, or private organizations
Experience supporting the preparation of Acqui sit ion Decision Memoranda, Overarching Integrated Product Team ( OIPT ) reports, or program update briefings
Experience supporting General Accounting Office and DoD Inspector General studies and audits
TS / SCI clearance
Defense Acqui sit ion Univer sit y logistics management, systems acqui sit ion, or defense industry certification
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
