Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting a Senior Treasury Analyst who will support day-to-day Treasury activities of the Company around foreign exchange risk management, cash management, cash forecasting, intercompany transactions, international treasury management and projects, and budgeting. This position is located in Frisco, TX and reports to the Director, Treasury.
Job Focus
Oversee foreign exchange hedging program including market analysis, exposure management, hedge execution, forecasting, reporting and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of FX exposures management, international cash management activities and other project activities.
Assist in the execution and reporting of derivative transactions utilizing tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, and GTreasury.
Support liquidity management by performing daily cash flow balancing, including monitoring daily cash positions for International Operations
Support daily international cash operational activities, including but not limited to, initiation of manual payments, bank administration and bank account management
Develop or enhance financial models, dashboards, and other reporting packages through platforms including Excel, GTreasury, Bloomberg, Tagetik, SAP, and others.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls by documenting key processes and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) and additional administrative or compliance requirements, including those related to ISDA and Dodd-Frank regulations.
Provide back-up coverage for other Treasury functions as required.
Total Rewards:
Salary Range: $76,400-105,000
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
Minimum B.S. degree with major in finance or appropriate work experience
3+ years of Treasury and/or business-related experience
Financial derivative and financial market experience preferred
General knowledge of business, Treasury and accounting standards, procedures, and policies
Exhibit strong analytical, process management and communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with others
Strong attention to detail required
Derivative accounting experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
Experience with Bloomberg, SAP, Gtreasury, Tagetik and BI tools is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours as required
Occasional travel might be required within or outside of USA.
