Position Description
Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle records, is looking for a Law Enforcement Liaison to join our team. The Law Enforcement Liaison is responsible for working with the Government Affairs team to monitor and craft legislation, investigate fraud, and interface with law enforcement agencies, motor vehicle agencies, associates, and customers on investigations. Additionally, the liaison will attend conferences to educate DMV and law enforcement communities on the company&'s initiatives and programs, seek opportunities to grow the business, and be alert to any potential threats to the business. The position also involves investigating National Vehicle Service (NVS) theft alerts.Responsibilities include: - Investigating customers on fraud- Monitoring and drafting legislation and legislative activities- Development of new programs and training- Working with Law Enforcement on theft alerts

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required~^~Bachelor&'s degree in related field preferred~^~10 years of experience in Law Enforcement, preferably in automotive theft~^~Knowledge of the automobile industry~^~Ability to communicate with law enforcement agencies~^~Ability to write reports~^~Excellent communication skills~^~Ability to read, write and understand legislation~^~Strong investigative skills~^~Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
