Description
The Sr Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial support for North America Clinical Operations scope, with a primary focus on leading Revenue and Margin reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. This role acts as a key business partner and is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial insights to enable data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization.
Primary Duties
Lead the Revenue and Margin forecasting (monthly, quarterly), Budgeting and Strategic planning process (annual).
Responsible to provide accurate, timely and consolidated financial reporting, which include revenue, margin, volume, ASP or any other KPIs to support commercial leadership.
Support development of pricing strategies and provide financial insights for price adjustments or discount policies.
Perform detailed margin analysis, including mix, price, costto-serve, and promotional impacts.
Act as key Business Partner for commercial team (Sales, Marketing, ComOps). Participate in commercial strategy meetings and influence decisions with strong financial recommendations.
Support sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and demand planning through financial modeling and insights
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment between plans and financial expectations.
Partner with Channel/Product Managers to build profitability and investment business cases. Evaluate ROI for commercial initiatives and marketing programs.
Collaborate with market analysts to incorporate assumptions related to new product launches in overall sales forecast.
Identify revenue leakage, margin erosion, and operational inefficiencies; propose corrective actions.
Ability to convert data to understandable and explainable format including slide preparation for the business and leadership, incl Quarterly Business Review.
Enhance reporting through data automation, business intelligence tools, and continuous process improvement. build sustainable and validated dashboard and models.
Work closely with Revenue accounting team to ensure appropriate application of accounting and group procedures.
Performs ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field.
OR HS Diploma/GED and 6 years' experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
Masters' degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

Travel Required: Domestic 5%
The estimated salary range for this role based in Utah is between $82,000 - 107,800. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful
