Lead the execution of Structured Finance and Advisory transactions for corporations and institutional investors across power and energy, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, gas and telecom industries, performing following duties: Identify new financial clients within existing and untapped markets, including gathering financial intelligence, generating leads, and developing financial proposals and campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company. Advise clients in the structuring of financing solutions for these asset classes to achieve specific objectives. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders, including client, legal, advisors and investors during transaction executions. Lead commercial negotiations for underlying financing documents with clients. Coordinate with sales team for debt sell down strategies tailored to both bank and institutional market. Lead and supervise the development of marketing materials explaining investment information and available financial services to prospective customers. Supervise the development of financial models. Perform transaction due diligence and lead underwriting process for potential transactions. Mentor juniors staffed in the same deal team. Partner and communicate with Relationship Managers in different geographies (including Europe, Asia, LatAm) on new business development opportunities related to the energy and infrastructure space. Requirements:Masters Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or as a Product Specialist, Credit Analyst or Equity Capital Markets Associate. OR Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting, plus 5 years of progressive post-Bachelors experience in the position offered or as a Product Specialist, Credit Analyst or Equity Capital Markets Associate. *All of the required experience must have included: executing advisory and financing transactions of at least $200 million across energy and infrastructure assets, including solar, wind, batteries, gigafactories, airports, towers, LNG terminals, data centers and public-private partnerships; executing financing transactions that benefit from tax credits, including those resulting from Inflation Reduction Act; leading the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions of transaction documentation; supervising the building of project finance and structured credit models by junior team members; overseeing team of analysts through entire transaction lifecycle; conducting public and private markets research and due diligence in the energy and infrastructure space in the U.S. and globally to determine demand and future trends, and identify potential clients; overseeing complex transactions and managing logistics across cross-functional and global team of stakeholders; distilling complex financial information into market insights, and presenting them to technical and non-technical audiences.
