What you will do
Lead end-to-end projects in the CNO domain, from problem decomposition and design through development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack data analysis applications.
Drive innovation by collaborating with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise cutting-edge solutions.
Navigate complex data landscapes to identify and extract relevant information from diverse customer data types.
Mentor and collaborate with software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and recommend optimal solutions.
Overcome challenges with creative problem-solving and technical expertise.
What you need to have
Experience: 12+ years of technical experience and a B.S. in a technical discipline (or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree).
Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly (required).
Technical Leadership:
Production-grade software development experience in Python.
Proven experience in the CNO domain, developing tools that address analyst and operator pain points.
Expertise leveraging HTTP-based APIs to access data through queries.
Practical experience with platforms for processing Agency data sets.
Collaboration & Communication:
Experience with software source control (Git) and Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence).
Strong background presenting data analysis results to customers.
Proven ability to interact with stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements.
What we'd like you to have
Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading development teams.
AI/ML Expertise: Practical experience in artificial intelligence domains (e.g., intelligent systems, autonomy, planning, NLP).
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
Operational Experience: Familiarity with production CNO capabilities and operations.
Modern Technologies: Experience with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
Full-Stack Development: Experience with web application/UI development.
