Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for an IPC Instructor for their Littleton, CO location. In this role you will be responsible for training Electrical/Electronic and Structural technicians. Requirements:
Possess an understanding of industry specifications for these processes as well as experience training adult learners.
Current or previous IPC Certification
Connector Mate & Demate operations experience
Hardware Torquing experience
Adhesive Bonding experience
Minimum four-years manufacturing experience
Minimum one-year On-the-job Training (OJT) experience
Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
Preferred Qualifications
Current IPC CIT or NASA Instructor qualification
Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
Demonstrated manufacturing process discipline
