Description
Position Overview: The Infomaker Report Maker is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports in the Infomaker platform. This role works closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and turn data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has experience with business intelligence, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Infomaker or similar report-authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into report specifications.
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Infomaker.
Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and consistency in all reports.
Troubleshoot, test, and validate reports to meet user expectations.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
Document processes and provide user support and training on Infomaker reports.
Stay current with reporting best practices and Infomaker enhancements.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience with Infomaker or similar report-building tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SSRS, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with SQL, data querying, and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and present results.
Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a business intelligence or reporting analyst role.
Understanding of database structures and ETL processes.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple projects.
