Responsibilities
Lead the overall design and management of the institutional platform, with responsibility for how institutional products, services, and solutions support financial advisors and their clients.
Analyze and enhance the IFS institutional platform for institutions, endowments, foundations, and not-for-profit organizations.
Manage a portfolio of institutional products and services across their lifecycle, from initial design through ongoing enhancements and retirement.
Review, recommend, and implement improvements to institutional advisory offerings, including discretionary and non-discretionary solutions such as the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) program.
Translate advisor, client, and market needs into practical platform plans covering product development, technology solutions, partnerships, and communication approach.
Work closely with financial advisors and internal partners to build strong relationships and ensure effective reporting and proactive communication.
Coordinate and participate in roadshows to promote Institutional Consulting services, in conjunction with territory-based field consultants
Develop a competitive intelligence database of peer firm offerings
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support the development of institutional marketing materials and advisor-facing content.
Write or contribute to white papers and educational materials for financial advisors and institutional clients.
Manage and develop a team by setting expectations, monitoring performance, and holding individuals accountable for results.
Communicate institutional platform priorities and progress to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Ability to prioritize and manage complex initiatives across products, services, and technology.
Strong understanding of institutional client and advisor needs and how to translate them into platform improvements.
Experience leading integrated institutional solutions, including advisory programs, reporting, technology, and service models.
Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with advisors and internal partners.
Educational / Previous Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the financial services industry with an emphasis on institutional business and products
OR ~
An equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
FINRA Series 7 and 66 license required.
May have Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation
