Rate of Pay: $109,491.00 per year Duties: Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Support analytics leadership to identify key measures, approach, and methodologies for measuring digital and offline marketing campaign success against clients business goals. Partner with the account leads and brand managers to establish marketing and measurement strategies, recommend and implement proper testing methodologies across the marketing mix. Involved with Publicis and regional partner agencies, as well as client structure to implement successful measurement strategies and techniques for effective business results. Develop and deliver insights/presentations on a key brand within a clients global portfolio under the leadership of senior analytics & account staff. Aggregate complex data structures across multiple platforms into meaningful and concise reports, graphs and presentation-style reports. Provide optimization recommendations based on performance analysis (website, organic, CRM) to help the brand reach their KPIs and achieve business objectives. Data cleansing and performing QA testing regularly to ensure data capture and tags are functioning properly. Support teams with analysis and strategy on building brand owned channels and development of the Global Portfolio measurement plan. Collaborate with in-agency teams and external partner agencies (ex. Strategy, Account, Creative, UX, Program Management, Technology) on other projects/ad hoc as needed. Requirements: Employer will accept a Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered of two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.Position also requires two years of experience in the following:1. Utilizing digital ecosystem (Paid vs Organic media levers) for offline/online advertising performance metrics in relation to business results.2. Analyzing, implementing, and customizing Google Analytics and Google Products (Search Console, Consumer Surveys, and Adwords. 3. Utilizing Excel functions including pivot tables, lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), logical formulas (or, if, and iserror), and conditional formatting.4.
