Work Experience :
Related experience as a strategic planner or business analyst
Experience in a large financial institution or heavily regulated environment preferred

Responsibilities:
Support the development of long-term organizational strategy
Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc., as needed
Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
Assess market trends and competitors
Identify threats and opportunities
Present findings, projections, and recommended actions
Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects
Monitor and report on projects and initiatives
Support senior executive decision-making processes
Education:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
-Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related field
The typical base pay range for this role is between $95K - $139K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
