As an Associate Director within the Fraud Risk Strategy organization, you will serve as a principal architect of our enterprise defense ecosystem. Leading a high-impact team, you will provide strategic oversight of our fraud vendor partnerships, optimizing multimillion-dollar capital and operational investments to preempt evolving threats. Your mandate extends beyond budgetary management; you will establish the governance frameworks and standardized taxonomies that ensure the Fraud Risk Management organization operates with precision, transparency, and institutional scale.In this capacity, you will act as the primary liaison between advanced fraud technology and our financial performance. You will oversee the end-to-end vendor lifecycle--from initial sourcing and technical evaluation to ongoing performance optimization. By rigorously managing Opex and Capital expenditures, you will ensure that all investments yield measurable reductions in fraud loss while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience.As the custodian of organizational standards, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining a rigorous fraud risk taxonomy that aligns stakeholders across the enterprise. By developing robust documentation and governance protocols, you will ensure that our mitigation strategies are not only effective but also fully compliant and auditable. You will provide the strategic roadmap necessary to identify, categorize, and mitigate risk within an increasingly complex global landscape.Beyond functional expertise, you are a leader of people and a cross-functional collaborator. You will mentor a specialized team of analysts and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigor. You will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and Product leadership to ensure fraud strategy is seamlessly integrated into broader business objectives, translating complex risk data into actionable insights for executive decision-making. What we're looking for... You'll need to have:- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.- Eight or more years of relevant work experience required demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.- People leadership experience managing a team.- Experience in Fraud Risk Management or other related fields, e.g. Credit, Collections, Enterprise Risk Management or Finance. .
