AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, is growing its team! Seeking an Availability Manager, IT Services to support our customer in the Fort Meade, MD area. You will play a key role in analyzing business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Shiftwork: M-F 10pm - 6am or M-Thur 8pm - 6am
All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Mission: Responsible for overseeing all provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client. This includes desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is your role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible

Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or 15+ years of experience and a high school/GED diploma.
- Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
Travel
- Less than 10% travel may occur.
