Summary :
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work within our Non-Investment Grade team, which manages over $40B+ in assets globally. Our goal is to further deepen our research resources and position our team to build upon our long-term track record of performance. The successful candidate will join a large team of Research Analysts, Traders and Portfolio Managers responsible for managing high yield and leveraged loan assets.
Responsibilities :
Evaluate and integrate issuer fundamentals and industry trends into actionable investment recommendations
Perform in-depth issuer and industry analysis across a variety of sectors
Assist in building and maintaining detailed financial models
Monitor newswires and other data sources for information relevant to investment positions
Identify industry relevant ESG factors and how they impact an issuer's credit profile
Prepare investment recommendation materials for presentation to senior analysts and portfolio managers
Qualifications :
Seeking a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
December 2027 or Spring 2028 expected graduates preferred
Interest in financial markets and investing
Capable of analyzing complex topics and effectively communicating conclusions to senior analysts and portfolio managers
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and aptitude for quickly learning new skills and technologies
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum GPA of 3.5

Compensation Details
The hourly rate for this role is $40. This is the hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted hourly rate, and the hourly rate may be modified in the future. This hourly rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location.
