UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring a) Associate Director, Tech Risk Specialist (ref. Code 002653 in New York, NY.Duties: Design, build, and implement sustainable and scalable solutions for all outcomes and engagement. Develop and implement comprehensive technology risk governance routines including guidelines and procedures for effective governance of divisional technology assets and processes. Monitor risk levels and ensure appropriate controls and measures are in place to address identified risks. Drive divisional risk committees and ensure risk intelligence outcomes are produced to next level committees both technology and business. Analyze data, trends, and exceptions to identify emerging technology risks and issues. Generate risk reports with a focus on communicating the organizations' IT risk profile to key stakeholder, auditors, and senior managers. Spearhead regulatory engagement and response ensuring accurate and consistent information is developed in a disciplined, timely and efficient manner. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
