This role is responsible for shaping the company's narrative in the capital markets, managing relationships with institutional investors and analysts, and partnering closely with executive leadership to communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and long-term value proposition. The VP, IR is a key advisor to senior management on market perception, shareholder sentiment, and competitive positioning, with direct accountability for maintaining transparency, credibility, and strong engagement with the investment community. Responsibilities Investor Communication & Engagement (Strategic Leadership) - Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Investor Relations on all institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders. - Develop and own the company's investor messaging framework, ensuring consistent, compelling communication across all disclosures and market interactions. - Lead the creation of investor presentations, earnings materials, shareholder letters, and other executive-level communications. - Build and maintain deep relationships with top-tier investors, actively shaping the company's investor base and targeting new potential shareholders. - Proactively engage with investors to articulate strategy, financial performance, market positioning, and long-term growth drivers.
