Summary:
The Manager of Strategic Growth leads a team of analysts to use data to inform business decisions to grow additional services and correspondingly new net revenue and market share. The role will use internal and external data sources to interpret data and uncover valuable insights related to market trends, growth opportunities. The Manager will use their strong data analysis and analytical skills to assist with analysis and streamlining processes across various functions including but not limited to Strategic Growth, Real Estate Portfolio, 340B program, Specialty Pharmacy and the CHS Foundations.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree required
Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years of healthcare experience related to Strategic Growth, New Business Development or Business Intelligence
3-5 years of leadership excellence and a strong desire to drive change
Experience with pharmacy preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
Analysis. Including gathering, interpreting, and using complex data
Ability to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results
Ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels
Excellent communication in situations requiring giving instruction, persuading, negotiating, consulting, and advising
Leadership/supervisory skills with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively with a small team
Able to work cooperatively with Hospital, Administration and Pharmacy staff, in order to meet departmental objectives
Knowledge of Excel. Including Pivot Tables, V-lookup and Macros
Extensive use of Tableau, SQL, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
