Job Description:
The Variable Compensation Administrator will help administer variable compensation for the sales and marketing teams. They provide input into the design, implement and execute variable compensation plans. They collaborate with multiple departments and leaders to understand targets and align plans.

What you'll do:
*
Support and analyze incentive compensation plans for our global sales and marketing organization that align with established financial and sales models
*
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations of variable compensation; validate and monitor payment of incentive compensation plan components and commissions
*
Develop and maintain business partnerships with FPandA, People Operations, Legal, and Sales/Marketing leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation plans with organizational, financial, and sales goals
*
Maintain, and update variable compensation systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of sales compensation metrics
*
Develop and document procedures to streamline variable compensation systems processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Experience you'll bring:
*
Experience in finance, accounting, or data analyst roles
*
Experience with some the following platforms: Salesforce, Anaplan(or similar sales compensation tool), Tableau, Zuora, NetSuite, and related SaaS business tools
*
Basic familiarity with SaaS market trends and the execution of effective processes to support compensation strategies in a SaaS environment
*
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
*
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial management and modeling experience
*
Preferred experience in dealing in variable and commission compensation
Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
*
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
